As the founder of Sage Equities, Uzi has extensive experience in acquiring, financing, and creating value in the US real estate market. With more than 18 years of real estate activity in investing and managing in North America, Uzi has substantial knowledge in a variety of complex real estate structures, oriented towards sophisticated capital.
Uzi has been involved in a variety of investment platforms, including multifamily acquisitions and development, senior housing, commercial, condominiums, industrial properties and retail.
Uzi graduated with LLB degree in 1991 from the Buchmann Faculty of Law at the Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the bar in 1993. Uzi practiced law for 7 years as a partner in Dankner Luski firm (now part of Goldfarb Seligman).
